Scott's trip to Oregon

So, I have a diploma, but I still can't work. It'll be at least a month before I'll get my license to practice in the state of California. Poor me... I was forced to just take some time off!

Andrew Ordelheide and I loaded up his car and drove all the way to Coquille, Oregon - our first stop to visit Brent, Heidi, and Maddy Pahls. A little bit of excitement on the way when I was driving and heard a tapping outside the driver side window - it was a bicycle. The bicycle rack had two bicycles on it on top of the car and it was half way off. Thankfully only a little damage occurred.

The weather shaped up for us and we got to do a little flying in their tail dragger converted tri pacer.
Mountain biking at it's finest! Andrew and I taking a lunch break on the McKenzie River trail.

I was able to spend some time with my friends James and Korwren and their 3 month year old Eli. It was so nice to catch up and spend some quality time with them!
I know it isn't always this nice, but WOW, it was beautiful.
This is a hike just a little ways from Andrew's house.
It was time to fly down and meet Erika in Monterey, CA
